Regarding the Additional Compliance with Taiwan RoHS in Taiwan BSMI Certification
Taiwan BSMI certification officially announced on April 10, 2017, regarding the additional compliance with Taiwan RoHS, which is scheduled to be enforced from January 1, 2018. In the future, products subject to Taiwan BSMI certification will need to update the product classification numbers either for "new applications" (obtaining new compliance standards) or for "already certified and obtained certificates." Also, when submitting new or updated applications in the future, related Taiwan RoHS documents must be included.
