We, as a manufacturer of AC/DC Power Adapters — Desktop & Wall-Mount and switching power supplies, implement strict quality control and traceability systems. These systems further enhance the safety and quality of our Products, delivering trust and peace of mind to our customers. In the unlikely event of an issue with a Products, we immediately trace the cause and respond quickly. We strive to earn our customers' satisfaction and trust.

About Our Traceability

As a manufacturer of AC adapters and switching power supplies, we provide our customers with high-quality and highly reliable products. To maintain the quality of our products, we have established a thorough traceability system. This page introduces part of that system.

Importance of Traceability

In general, traceability refers to a system that allows for the tracking and verification of a product's process from raw materials, production, and distribution to final sale to the consumer. This ensures product safety and quality, and enables a swift response in case of issues.

One aspect of our traceability management is serial number tracking.

Reverse Lookup of History Data for Each Production Lot via Serial Number

The above is an example of a product label for our AC adapter. As shown, each one of our products is assigned a unique serial number. Instead of using week or month codes, we assign a unique number to each product.

If there is any problem or suspicion with a product, the unique number of that product allows us to reverse lookup the historical data for each production lot, check the production line history for the product, and verify the production codes of parts issued by each supplier for the production lot that manufactured that product.

For example, if a certain component in the market is found to frequently fail, we have a system in place that enables us to trace when that component was produced, in which lot, and by which supplier.

Therefore, if the cause of the issue was determined to be a specific component, we are able to promptly identify and respond with information such as “this range of AC adapter products we shipped may be affected.”

20-Year Storage of Production Lot History Data, Cross-Lot and Cross-Model Searches Supported

All of our production lot history data linked to serial numbers is stored for 20 years.

• Production line
• Production date
• Production quantity
• S/N range (missing numbers also noted)
• Names of operators for each process
• Solder layer parameters
• Manufacturer names of mounted parts
• D/C of mounted parts
• Defect items in each inspection process (for electrical defects, faulty parts and S/Ns also noted)
• IPQC patrol inspection
• OQC inspection records

This data is linked to many other datasets, allowing simultaneous searches across multiple production lots and even across different models.

Through the establishment of traceability, we have further enhanced the safety and quality of our products. We will continue to strengthen and improve our quality control so that customers can use our AC adapters and switching power supplies with confidence.
