CENELEC

CENLEC (French: Comite pour Europeen de Normalisation Electronique) is a technical committee that proposes standard regulations to be adopted by the European Commission (EC). These standards (related EC directives issued by the committee) cover regulations for EMI/RFI interference, intrinsic safety explosion protection, and immunity.
