Output current
The current that flows from the output terminal of a power supply circuit to the load side. It is determined by the output voltage and the impedance of the connected load. The smaller the load impedance, the greater the output current. In a power supply circuit, the maximum usable output current (rated current) is specified. Therefore, it is necessary to select a power supply circuit that has a rated output current exceeding the maximum input current of the load to be used.
