Rise time

When power is applied to power circuits and similar systems, the output voltage reaches its specified value over a certain period due to transient phenomena. This refers to the time it takes for the output voltage to rise from 10% to 90% of its rated value. It is also the time excluding the delay time from the startup time. This is one of the times that indicate transient characteristics when power is applied. When there are many capacitive components in the circuit, the rise time tends to become longer due to the charging time.
