Thank you for your continued support.
Our Lunar New Year holiday was originally scheduled from January 19 to February 2,
however, as has been reported in Japan, the infection has spread beyond expectations.
In accordance with government directives, we have tentatively decided (as of 14:00 on January 29) to resume operations on February 10.
Yesterday, January 28, we received a notice from the government of Guangdong Province, where our company is located, regarding the start time of business operations after the Lunar New Year holiday.
The original text (in Chinese) is attached below, and a summary is provided as follows.
1. Operations must not resume before 24:00 on February 9, except for companies related to social infrastructure, medical services, daily necessities, and special circumstances.
2. Elementary, middle, and high schools within the region must not resume before February 17, and universities, colleges, and vocational schools must not resume before February 24.
3. Those returning to Guangdong Province before 24:00 on February 9 must undergo a health check at their affiliated company and report any abnormalities.
4. Each company and school is responsible for the health of its members and must ensure the provision of relevant facilities and medical supplies, isolation spaces, and proper environmental hygiene.
5. People in each region must follow government instructions to thoroughly implement pneumonia prevention and control measures. Responsibility for these measures lies with the heads of each company or school.
After carefully reviewing the above, it is impossible for our company, as well as our suppliers, to resume operations before 24:00 on February 9.
As a result, delays in delivery schedules for the Products we have informed each customer about are unavoidable.
Although this is due to a natural disaster, we sincerely regret the inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding.
