Dear Customers
Thank you as always for your continued support.
Our company had originally planned to be closed for the Spring Festival holiday from January 19 to February 2.
However, as reported in Japan, the spread of infection has been far greater than anticipated.
In accordance with government directives, as of 14:00 on January 29, we have temporarily rescheduled the reopening of our operations to February 10.
On January 28, the government of Guangdong Province, where our company is located, issued a notice regarding the resumption of operations after the Spring Festival holiday.
The original document (in Chinese) is attached below, but a summarized version is as follows:
1. Businesses must not resume operations before 24:00 on February 9, with the exception of companies related to social infrastructure, medical care, essential goods, and special circumstances.
2. Elementary, middle, and high schools within the province must not begin classes until February 17. Universities, colleges, and vocational schools must not begin until February 24.
3. Individuals returning to Guangdong Province before 24:00 on February 9 must have their health checked by their respective companies or organizations and report any abnormalities.
4. Each company and school must take responsibility for the health of their members and ensure the provision of necessary facilities and medical supplies, quarantine arrangements, and environmental sanitation.
5. Residents of each region must follow government instructions and implement pneumonia prevention measures. Responsibility lies with the leaders of each company and school.
As a result of carefully reviewing the above, it is not possible for our company or our suppliers to resume operations before 24:00 on February 9.
Accordingly, we regret to inform you that the delivery dates and other schedules for products we have communicated to our customers will inevitably be delayed.
Although this is due to a natural disaster, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding.
