Dear Valued Customers
Thank you for your continued support.
The other day, we informed you that we would resume operations on February 10; however, in light of the current situation, we have decided to extend the suspension once again.
1, Government Authorities
Recently, the government of Guangdong Province, where our company is located, issued a notice regarding the documents that must be prepared and the systems that must be put in place prior to resuming operations.
As this is our top priority, we have submitted the required documents immediately; however, as of now (February 9, 12:00), we have not yet received approval.
In the unlikely event that we are suspected of operating without authorization, we may be forced to suspend operations for up to two weeks at worst.
2, Status of Suppliers
Our suppliers are in a similar situation and their operation start dates have not been confirmed.
If we forcefully resume operations, they may be halted early due to a shortage of parts.
3, Status of Employees Returning to Work
We are in daily contact with employees who returned to their hometowns. As of the end of January, 80% of employees were scheduled to return by February 10; however, the situation has been worsening day by day, and the number of employees unable to leave their hometowns continues to increase, making it impossible to achieve the planned operating rate.
After carefully reviewing the above matters, we have decided to suspend operations on February 10 and 11. Regarding operations from the 12th onward, we will thoroughly assess the local situation and make another decision on the 11th.
As a result, delays in the delivery schedules of the Products we previously informed each customer about are unavoidable.
Although this is due to a natural disaster and we deeply regret the inconvenience, we sincerely ask for your understanding.
