Regarding the Further Extension of the Spring Festival Holiday Due to the New Pneumonia
Notice regarding the further extension of the Spring Festival holiday period due to the novel coronavirus.
9.2.2020
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your continued support.
Recently, we announced that our business operations would resume on February 10. However, in light of the current situation, we have decided to further extend the suspension.
1. Government Departments
The government of Guangdong Province, where our company is located, issued notifications stating the documents and preparations required before resuming operations.
As this is a top priority, we submitted the necessary materials immediately, but as of now (February 9, 12:00), we have not received approval.
If we are suspected of operating without authorization, we may be forced to halt operations for up to two weeks.
2. Supplier Status
Our suppliers are facing similar circumstances and have not yet determined when they can resume operations.
If we resume operations forcibly, we may soon face a suspension due to a shortage of parts.
3. Employee Return Status
We have been in daily contact with employees who are on leave, and as of the end of January, 80% of them were scheduled to return by February 10. However, the situation continues to worsen, and the number of employees unable to return from their hometowns is increasing, preventing us from reaching our planned operation rate.
After carefully reviewing the above factors, we have decided to suspend operations on February 10 and 11. A decision on activities from the 12th onward will be made again on the 11th, following a detailed assessment of the local situation.
As a result, delays in the delivery schedules of products previously communicated to each customer are unavoidable.
Although this is due to a natural disaster, we deeply regret the inconvenience and ask for your kind understanding.
