Notice of UKCA Marking

This is safety standard information for the UK. Customers whose destination country for the AC adapter is the UK, please be aware.

Notice Regarding UKCA Marking (Effective from January 1, 2021)

Due to the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU, UKCA marking will be required instead of CE marking. For customers whose destination country is the UK, compliance with this marking for shipped products is mandatory. Please take note.

Details on specific requirements and information regarding "UKCA marking" will be provided below. Please review them carefully.

Label Display Compliance

From January 1, 2021, power supplies sold in the UK must display the UKCA mark.
For products with CE marking manufactured before December 31, 2020: They can be sold in the UK from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022. (Inventory in Japan or in the UK can be sold within the above period.)
For products with CE marking imported before December 31, 2020: They can be sold without changing the marking.
The UKCA mark design is as shown on the right.
The applicable standard for adapters under this regulation is BS EN62368-1:2014+A11:2017. If it meets the equivalent CE standard (EN62368), self-declaration is possible.
