RoHS (10 Substances) Non-Use Certificate
The UNOWT 15W Series is an open-frame switching power supply for industrial equipment (15W class, standard product). The board size features a compact 2 inch x 3.4 inch design, complies with the safety standard 62368-1, and conforms to PSE Appendix Table 8 (100V standard). It is available in five models ranging from DC3.3V~24.0V.
Based on the same board, you can choose from three types: board only, with chassis, or with chassis + cover. Depending on the internal mounting method and requirements for electric shock and contact protection, it is possible to change only the enclosure specification later. In addition, with the trimmer potentiometer on the board, the output voltage can be adjusted within a range of ±10%.

The model number consists of "a symbol indicating a UNIFIVE developed product + series code + input voltage + output power + function symbol".
Key Features
1) Output voltage adjustable within ±10%
Using the on-board semi-fixed resistor (VR1), the output voltage can be adjusted within ±10% of the rated value. This allows for fine adjustment to account for voltage drops on the load side and final tuning in the actual device, expanding the range in which the standard product can be adopted without modification.
2) Operating temperature -10~+70℃ and supports 6 mounting orientations
The operating temperature range is -10~+70℃, and the storage temperature range is -30~+75℃. The mounting orientation supports six positions (A~F), including the standard position, allowing flexible installation according to the internal layout of the equipment. Under natural convection, the load factor is 100% at -10~+50℃, 70% at +60℃, and 40% at +70℃.
Caution: The allowable load factor varies depending on the combination of ambient temperature, mounting orientation, and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling). For derating curves based on actual operating conditions, please contact our sales representative.
3) Compact 2 inch x 3.4 inch board
The board dimensions are 87.5 x 50.0mm (3.44 x 1.97 inches), with a component height of 17.4mm or less from the top surface and 3.0mm or less from the bottom surface. There are two mounting holes (phi3.50mm). As a 15W-class control power supply, it has a form factor that is easy to install even in limited internal equipment space.
4) Specifications Assuming an Industrial Equipment Installation Environment
The overvoltage category supports OVC III (altitude 2,000m), with an operating altitude up to 5,000m. It also complies with the dustproof requirements of PSE Appendix Table 8.
5) Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI and Supports LPS
Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) and conforms to EU Commission Regulation 2019/1782 and U.S. DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. It also supports LPS (Limited Power Source), making it easier to meet requirements in secondary-side circuit design.
6) Equipped with 3 Types of Protection Circuits, Up to 5-Year Warranty
Equipped with three types of protection circuits: short circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overcurrent protection (OCP). In addition, it comes with a warranty of up to 5 years, making it easy to incorporate into maintenance plans for industrial equipment intended for long-term operation. Output Port: CN2 / The output voltage can be adjusted within ±10% using a semi-fixed resistor.

Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with 100MHz bandwidth. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1μF ceramic disc capacitor and a 100μF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. Cable length during ripple measurement is 150mm.
