Certificate of Non-Use of 10 RoHS Substances
UNOWT 15W Series is an open-frame switching power supply (15W class, standard Products) for industrial equipment. The board size features a compact design of 2 inches x 3.4 inches, complies with the safety standard 62368-1, and conforms to PSE Appendix 8 (100V standard). Five models are available with outputs ranging from DC3.3V to 24.0V.
Based on the same board, you can choose from three types: board only, with chassis, or with chassis + cover. According to the internal mounting method of the equipment and requirements for electric shock and contact prevention, only the enclosure specification can be changed later. In addition, a built-in trimmer resistor on the board allows output voltage adjustment within a range of +/-10%.

The model number consists of "a symbol indicating a UNIFIVE developed product + series code + input voltage + output power + function symbol".
Key Features
1) Output voltage adjustable within ±10%
Using the on-board trimmer potentiometer (VR1), the output voltage can be adjusted within ±10% of the rated value. This allows for fine adjustment to account for voltage drops on the load side and final tuning on the actual device, expanding the range in which the standard product can be adopted.
2) Operating temperature -10 to +70°C, supports 6 mounting directions
The operating temperature range is -10 to +70°C, and the storage temperature range is -30 to +75°C. The mounting direction supports 6 orientations (A to F), including the standard position, allowing flexible placement according to the internal layout of the equipment. The load factor under natural convection is 100% at -10 to +50°C, 70% at +60°C, and 40% at +70°C.
Note: The allowable load factor varies depending on the combination of ambient temperature, mounting orientation, and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling). For derating curves based on actual operating conditions, please contact our sales representative.
3) 2 inch x 3.4 inch compact board
The board dimensions are 87.5x50.0mm (3.44x1.97 inches), with a component height of 17.4mm or less from the top side and 3.0mm or less from the bottom side. There are two mounting holes (phi 3.50mm). As a 15W class control power supply, it is designed for easy installation in limited space inside equipment.
4) Specifications for Industrial Equipment Installation Environments
The overvoltage category supports OVC III (altitude 2,000m), and the operating altitude is up to 5,000m. In addition, it complies with the dust-proof requirements of PSE Appendix 8.
5) Energy Efficiency Level VI Compliant / LPS Support
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) compliant, and meets EU Commission Regulation 2019/1782 and US DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. Also supports LPS (Limited Power Source), making it easier to satisfy requirements in secondary-side circuit design.
6) Equipped with Three Protection Circuits, Up to 5-Year Warranty
It is equipped with three types of protection circuits: short-circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overcurrent protection (OCP). In addition, it comes with a warranty of up to 5 years, making it easy to adopt under conditions that facilitate maintenance planning for industrial equipment intended for long-term operation. Output port: CN2 / The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of ±10% using a semi-fixed resistor.

Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 100MHz. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1μF ceramic disc capacitor and a 100μF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. The cable length during ripple measurement is 150mm.
