RoHS (10 Substances) Non-Use Certificate
The UNOWT 50W Series is an open-frame switching power supply for industrial equipment (50W class, standard Products). The board size features a compact design of 2-inch x 5.2-inch, complies with the safety standard 62368-1, and conforms to PSE Appendix Table 8 (100V standard). Six models are available, ranging from DC5.0V to 48.0V.
Based on the same board platform, you can choose from three types: board only, with chassis, or with chassis + cover. Depending on the internal mounting method of the equipment and requirements for electric shock and contact protection, it is possible to change only the enclosure specification later. In addition, a semi-fixed resistor on the board allows output voltage adjustment within a range of +/-10%.

Enclosure Options (3 Types)
The enclosure specification can be selected by the suffix code of the model number. Electrical specifications are common to all types.

The model number consists of "a symbol indicating a UNIFIVE development product + series code + input voltage + output power + function symbol".
Key Features
1) Output voltage adjustable within ±10%
By using the on-board trimmer resistor (VR21), the output voltage can be adjusted within ±10% of the rated value. This allows fine adjustment to account for voltage drop on the load side and final tuning in the actual device, expanding the range in which the standard product can be used without modification.
2) Operating temperature -10~+70C and supports 6 mounting directions
The operating temperature range is -10~+70C, and the storage temperature range is -30~+75C. The mounting direction supports 6 options (A~F), including the standard position, allowing flexible placement according to the internal layout of the equipment. Under natural convection, the load factor is 100% at -10~+50C, 75% at +60C, and 50% at +70C.
Caution: The allowable load factor varies depending on the combination of ambient temperature, mounting direction, and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling). Please contact our sales department for derating curves based on your actual operating conditions.
3) Compact 2-inch x 5.2-inch Board
The board dimensions are 132.0 x 50.0mm (5.20 x 1.97 inches), with a component height of 22.4mm or less from the top surface and 3.0mm or less from the bottom surface. The mounting hole diameter is φ3.50mm, and the mounting pitch is 122.0 x 40.0mm. As a 50W-class control power supply, it is designed for easy installation in limited internal equipment spaces.
4) Specifications Assuming an Industrial Equipment Installation Environment
The overvoltage category complies with OVC III (altitude 2,000m), and the operating altitude is up to 5,000m. It also complies with the dustproof requirements of PSE Appendix 8.
5) Energy Efficiency Level VI Compliant and LPS Supported
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) compliant, meeting EU Commission Regulation 2019/1782 and US DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. It also supports LPS (Limited Power Source), making it easier to satisfy requirements in secondary-side circuit design.
6) Equipped with 3 Protection Circuits, Up to 5-Year Warranty
It is equipped with three types of protection circuits: short-circuit protection (SCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and overcurrent protection (OCP). In addition, it supports a warranty of up to 5 years, making it easy to incorporate into maintenance plans for industrial equipment intended for long-term operation. Output port: CN2 / The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of ±10% using a semi-fixed resistor.

Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 100MHz. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1μF ceramic disk capacitor and a 100μF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. The cable length during ripple measurement is 150mm.
