Certificate of Non-Use for RoHS (10 Substances)
The UNOWT 50W Series is an open-frame switching power supply for industrial equipment (50W class, standard Products). With a compact 2 inch x 5.2 inch board size, it complies with the safety standard 62368-1 and conforms to PSE Appendix 8 (100V standard). It is available in six models ranging from DC5.0V to 48.0V.
Based on the same board design, you can choose from three types: board only, with chassis, or with chassis + cover. It is possible to change only the enclosure specification later according to the internal mounting method of the equipment or requirements for electric shock and contact protection. In addition, a built-in trimmer resistor on the board allows output voltage adjustment within ±10%.

The model number consists of "a symbol indicating a UNIFIVE-developed product + series code + input voltage + output power + function symbol".
Key Features
1) Output voltage adjustable within +-10%
Using the semi-fixed resistor (VR21) on the board, the output voltage can be adjusted within a range of +-10% of the rated value. This allows for fine adjustment to account for voltage drops on the load side and final tuning on the actual device, expanding the range in which the standard product can be adopted.
2) Operating temperature -10~+70°C, supports 6 mounting directions
The operating temperature range is -10~+70°C, and the storage temperature range is -30~+75°C. The mounting direction supports 6 options (A~F), including the standard position, allowing flexible installation according to the internal layout of the equipment. Under natural convection, the load factor is 100% at -10~+50°C, 75% at +60°C, and 50% at +70°C.
Note: The allowable load factor varies depending on the combination of ambient temperature, mounting direction, and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling). For derating curves based on your actual operating conditions, please contact our sales department.
3) Compact 2 inch x 5.2 inch board
The board dimensions are 132.0 x 50.0 mm (5.20 x 1.97 inches), with a component height of 22.4 mm or less from the top surface and 3.0 mm or less from the bottom surface. The mounting holes are φ3.50 mm, and the mounting pitch is 122.0 x 40.0 mm. As a 50 W class control power supply, it is designed for easy installation in limited spaces inside equipment.
4) Specifications Assuming an Industrial Equipment Installation Environment
The overvoltage category supports OVC III (altitude 2,000 m), with an operating altitude of up to 5,000 m. It also complies with the dustproof requirements of PSE Annex Table 8.
5) Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI and Supports LPS
Compliant with Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE), meeting EU Commission Regulation 2019/1782 and US DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430. It also supports LPS (Limited Power Source), making it easier to satisfy secondary-side circuit design requirements.
6) Equipped with 3 Protection Circuits and Up to 5-Year Warranty
This product is equipped with three types of protection circuits: Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), and Over Current Protection (OCP). In addition, it comes with a warranty of up to 5 years, making it suitable for industrial equipment that requires long-term operation and easier maintenance planning. Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 100MHz. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1uF ceramic disc capacitor and a 100uF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. The cable length during ripple measurement is 150mm.
