RoHS (10 Substances) Non-Use Certificate
The UNOWT 75W Series is an open-frame switching power supply for industrial equipment (75W class, standard Products). It features a compact 2 inch x 6 inch board size, complies with the safety standard 62368-1, and conforms to PSE Appendix Table 8 (100V standard). Four models are available with outputs ranging from DC12.0V to 48.0V.
Based on the same PCB, you can choose from three types: board only, with chassis, or with chassis + cover. Depending on the internal mounting method of the equipment and the requirements for shock and contact protection, it is possible to change only the enclosure specification later. In addition, a built-in variable resistor on the board allows output voltage adjustment within a range of +/-10%.

The model number consists of "a symbol indicating a UNIFIVE developed product + series code + input voltage + output power + function symbol".
Key Features
1) Output voltage adjustable within ±10%
Using the semi-fixed resistor (VR21) on the board, the output voltage can be adjusted within ±10% of the rated value. It allows fine adjustment accounting for voltage drop on the load side and final tuning on the actual device, expanding the range in which the standard product can be used as is.
2) Operating temperature -10~+70°C and support for 6 mounting directions
The operating temperature range is -10~+70°C, and the storage temperature range is -30~+75°C. The mounting direction supports 6 positions (A~F), including the standard position, allowing flexible installation according to the internal layout of the equipment. Under natural convection, the load factor is 100% at -10~+50°C, 80% at +60°C, and 60% at +70°C.
Caution: The allowable load factor varies depending on the combination of ambient temperature, mounting direction, and cooling conditions (natural convection/forced air cooling). Please contact our sales department for derating curves based on your actual operating conditions.
3) Compact 2-inch x 6-inch Board
The board dimensions are 150.0 x 50.0 mm (5.91 x 1.97 inches). The component height is 29.4 mm max from the top surface of the board and 3.0 mm max from the bottom surface. The mounting holes are φ3.50 mm, and the mounting pitch is 140.0 x 40.0 mm. As a 75 W class control power supply, it is designed for easy installation in limited space inside equipment.
4) Specifications for industrial installation environments
The overvoltage category supports OVC III (altitude 2,000m), and the operating altitude is up to 5,000m. It also complies with the dust-proof requirements of PSE Appendix 8.
5) Energy Efficiency Level VI Compliant
Energy Efficiency Level VI (ErP/DoE) compliant and conforms to EU Commission Regulation 2019/1782 and US DOE 10 CFR Part 429 and 430.
6) Equipped with 3 Types of Protection Circuits, Up to 5-Year Warranty
Equipped with three types of protection circuits: Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), and Over Current Protection (OCP). In addition, it supports a warranty of up to 5 years, making it easy to incorporate into maintenance plans for industrial equipment designed for long-term operation. Output port: CON2 / The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of ±10% using a semi-fixed resistor.
The above are model numbers without chassis (board only). The chassis version is UNBWT1075, and the chassis + cover version is UNSWT1075.
Measurement conditions: Measurements are performed using an oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 100MHz. The output is bypassed at the connector with a 0.1μF ceramic disk capacitor and a 100μF low-ESR electrolytic capacitor to simulate system load. The cable length for ripple measurement is 150mm.
